Packages

Full Event Planning:
Leave It to Us

For couples who feel they need the full support and experience of a wedding planner. At the initial consultation, our aim is to get to know you as a couple, your ideas and wishes for your wedding and any style you have in mind. We will then use our experience, contacts, creativity and planning skills to put all of this together to create the wedding of your dreams!

To include: professional advice from a member of our experienced team 24/7, supplier sourcing, helping creatively, creating floor-plans, mood boards and helping with the styling of the wedding, budget management, attending all consultations with suppliers, producing a complete ‘Wedding Bible’ to include a minute by minute running order of the day to distribute to all suppliers, setting up and decorating your venue, being in attendance from start to finish on your wedding day to oversee everything, regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support, accommodation for guests with information on the local area, receiving RSVPs, rehearsal dinner planning, post-wedding event brunch, lunch or BBQ, de-rigging of the venue, honeymoon planning.

POA but generally around 8-10% of the wedding budget depending on the size and logistics of your wedding. A minimum fee applies.

Partial Planning:
We’ll Work Together

For couples who may have already planned some aspects of their wedding but who feel they need some professional help to finally bring their vision and day together.

You can contact us at any time throughout the planning of your wedding and after an initial consultation we can see what has been planned so far and help you with the remaining aspects.

To include: on the final stretch before the big day we can step in and assist with any of the outstanding elements listed within the full planning service; as well as providing two members of our team to assist for the day prior, the on the day coordination and a full de-rig service following the celebration.

POA dependent on level of involvement and services required. A minimum fee of £3000 applies.

On The Day Co-Ordination:
Remove the Stress

For those who already have everything planned and especially if you are having a marquee/dry hire wedding. If you are getting married in a venue we work alongside the venue staff and caterers to organise all logistics and be the main point of contact throughout.

Ideal for couples who wish to have professional assistance there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

To include: following an initial telephone consultation we will arrange a face to face site visit at the earliest convenience. An open book policy and sharing of recommended suppliers as well as 24/7 contact for advice. We’ll work through a full checklist to ensure everything has been thought of and introduce ourselves to the other suppliers providing them with a detailed ‘On The Day’ schedule.

An on site handover and walk through the day prior and two event specialists providing discreet coordination throughout the day giving you the peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute, stress free.

As no two weddings are the same we recommend having a consultation to best advise on price. A minimum fee of £1800 applies.
